Gigil is about China (Katrina Halili) -- a girl ditched by her fiancé at the altar when he realized he was gay. Crushed and brokenhearted, she decides to escape from it all and get wild in Boracay with her best friend and partner-in-crime Denoy (Say Alonzo).

She tells herself that all men are either evil or gay, so she swears them off until she meets the enigmatic hunk Felix (played by Alfred Vargas). But China sees him in a compromising situation with Don (Boom Antonio), her ex-fiancé. At the same time she overhears that he’s betrothed to Kit (Bianca King).

Not wanting Kit to experience the same thing she did, China goes out of her way to investigate Felix. And she gets the shock of her life at what she discovers...
